Leadership is a skill. Like any skill, it can be refined through practice and analysis. There's no better way to deepen your skills than with a Coach.

As your leadership coach it's my job to provoke your thinking, deepen your self-reflection, and spark your creativity.

In my process I focus on you and your patterns and habits. I will help you gain insight and awareness of how you show up as a leader and guide you through a process of learning and engagement. 

Working together we will:
- Discover, clarify and align on your goals;

- Engage in deep self-discovery;
- Generate and execute solutions and strategies that will work for you;
- Facilitate your responsible and accountable actions.

All Coaching experiences can be done virtually or in person or a little bit of both!

The Gist
Coaching typically begins with an interview (in person or virtually) to assess your current opportunities and challenges, define the scope of the relationship, identify priorities for action and establish specific desired outcomes. We often use a 360 degree assessment such as the Leadership Practices Inventory or Benchmarks to assess how you are doing in the eyes of others.
The length of a coaching partnership varies, depending on your needs and preferences. For certain types of focused coaching, three to six months of working together may be adequate. For other types of coaching, it is often beneficial to work with me for a longer period. Factors that may impact the length of time include: types of goals, ways individuals or teams like to work, frequency of coaching meetings and financial resources available to support coaching.
Sometimes it makes sense to whack out the work in one intense period rather than over a period of weeks and months. A VIP day with Moe means we meet for the whole day and work on your game plan in an intensive but fun way. The day can be at your place, mine, or virtually and we wrap into it surprises, nourishment, and fresh ways of doing and seeing things.
